Our total of 20 rooms are modernly furnished and convince with a timeless, classic design and high-quality equipment. All rooms have a bathroom with rain shower, hair dryer, TV and a safe. You are also welcome to use our free high-speed Wi-Fi at any time. The bed linen is also suitable for allergy sufferers.

The Marienplatz S-Bahn station is just a few minutes’ walk from the hotel. This offers a direct connection to Munich Central Station (all trains) and Munich Airport (S8 and S1).
We currently do not offer a hotel pick-up service.
Our hotel does not have its own parking spaces. There are public parking spaces at the opera (300m distance € 30 per day) and at the Hofbräuhaus (700m distance € 30 per day, but you can use our discount device (free of charge, of course)
which reduces the price by € 15.00 per 24 hours.

You can drive to the hotel to drop off your luggage and check in.
With the reservation confirmation you receive from us, you get your access to our digital guest system.
There you can view all information about your booking, our hotel and the surrounding area, as well as conveniently check in from your mobile phone when you arrive.
You can also open all doors with your mobile phone. You will receive a separate email as soon as the online check-in is available on the day of arrival.
If you prefer to have a room card, or do not have time to check in on the go, you are welcome to do so at our self check-in terminal on site.
We guarantee check-in from 3 p.m. In most cases, the rooms are ready sooner. If this is the case, you can of course move into your room earlier.
You must have left the room by 12:00 p.m.
Even though we do not have a classic reception, we are always on site and available during the day. In addition, you can reach us by phone at any time until 22:00. After that we are only available for emergencies.
We prepare a fresh breakfast for our guests every morning between 07:00 a.m and 10:00 a.m. For € 14.90 you can choose between various dishes from our menu. A very rich, individual and healthy breakfast with Italian coffee specialties will give you a good start to the day.
The entire property offers its guests free WIFI access. There is also a day bar on the first floor of the house, which invites you to linger and work.
We accept card and cash payments.
